Wednesday's Wisdom for May 30th

Flexible people don't get bent out of shape.

What I drank today:

  • celery/green leaf lettuce/granny smith apple/hemp oil/kelp granules juice (2 quarts)
  • pineapple/green leaf lettuce (2 quarts)
  • coconut water/ 1 T chlorophyll
  • pure water (so much I'm swimming away)
