1. The world does not know that Minh has been 98% raw her whole life, 60+ years!
2. We are most proud that our 2 DVD's; each won top honors at the Raw Film Festival (2008 & 2009).
3. Our biggest achievement has been changing the lives on thousands (yes thousands) of people.
4. Minh's Spring-rolls (on the cover of our "Going Raw" DVD) are not only memorable, they are beautiful and fantastic tasting.
5. A perfect day is raw food + a walk in the Sunshine + loving each other.
6. Our favorite superfood is an orange.
7. The most beautiful place on earth is the Virgin Valley in Arizona where we live.
8. Ronnie is a violinist and was under contract with London Records in the 70's and toured with some of the biggest bands in history (Doobie Brothers, Rare Earth, Jethro Tull, Grand Funk, and others.)
9. In five years we will be eating raw food, taking walks and loving each other.
10. If I could share a raw dinner with any three people, I would choose the owners or CEO's of McDonalds, Burger King and Subway.
