I received an email from a casting producer at Magical Elves, the geniuses behind Project Runway and Top Chef, regarding an casting call for the new NBC show, "America's Next Great Restaurant."
This isn't a raw-exclusive event but, hey, you never know which raw foodie out there could compete to open up a chain of Living Cuisine restaurants. Just make sure Denver is the first restaurant location on your list, since it was The Daily Raw Blog who gave you the 411.
No restaurant experience necessary, just have a fabulous idea for America's next great restaurant and go here to try out for NBC's new reality competition series.
